Which services can we offer?: Car rental and chauffeured transfers. Both go through the same connection.
How do we connect?: Through a single API between your channels (website, app, call center, advisor) and the Stratawise platform. Each partner is connected through a dedicated connector on our side.
Does adding a partner require new development on our side?: No. A new rental company or transfer provider is added through a connector on the platform side; your integration does not change.
Can the price change between search and booking?: Price and availability are reconfirmed with the partner just before booking, so the customer pays what they were shown.
What happens with changes or cancellations?: Changes, cancellations and status tracking are part of the journey. Each party’s responsibilities (platform, distributor, partner) are defined while scoping the integration.
