Which services can we offer?

How do we connect?
Through a single API between your channels (website, app, call center, advisor) and the Stratawise platform. Each partner is connected through a dedicated connector on our side.
Does adding a partner require new development on our side?
No. A new rental company or transfer provider is added through a connector on the platform side; your integration does not change.
Can the price change between search and booking?
Price and availability are reconfirmed with the partner just before booking, so the customer pays what they were shown.
What happens with changes or cancellations?
Changes, cancellations and status tracking are part of the journey. Each party’s responsibilities (platform, distributor, partner) are defined while scoping the integration.
